Most people will experience lower back pain at some point in their life, it’s quite common. within the old day’s bed, rest was prescribed if your back was “playing-up,” whereas today it’s recommended to stay exercising. in fact, the exercises you are doing need to be appropriate, we aren’t suggesting to travel for a run or lift heavy weights, that wouldn’t be smart.
